About Pamela
Pamela Resch, Executive Chef & Owner
Cooking has always been a passion for Pamela, who began cooking as a young girl. As a teen, she started working in various restaurants, climbing through the ranks of busser, waiter, bartender, and eventually becoming a banquet manager. That's when she realized her love for catering.
In her role as banquet manager, Pamela worked closely with clients to run each event, but also found her loving every moment she spent helping the kitchen staff and prepping the location. Following a few years of that work, Pamela decided to take the next step in furthering her career and took off to travel Europe, and familiarize herself with other cuisines. It was the hands-on experience she had here and abroad that has made her the chef she is today.
Pamela's Traveling Feast and Pamela's On The Hudson both benefit from Pamela's unflagging interest in food and dedication to the art of cooking. She still invests much of her time in attending conferences and classes focused on food and service industry trends. Not only do Pamela's cuisine and style speak to this commitment, but so do every event and dish that she and her staff serve.
